This is just one of the cool features made available to consumers who claim their homes on Zillow. But how does this benefit you and your buyers as an agent?
More than 43 million homes have been claimed by their owners, and hundreds of those homeowners have set Make Me Move prices all across the country. Because real estate inventory is low in many markets, these Make Me Move homes are becoming a fantastic resource for agents with multiple buyers lined up looking for homes to purchase.
